Shipping & Delivery
We ship via Mailboat Service. Your options at checkout will depend on total order weight. First Class Mail is available for orders under 13 ounces. Other options include Parcel Post, Priority Mail and Express Mail. First Class Mail takes 3-7 Business Days, Parcel Post takes 2-8 business days, Priority Mail takes 3-4 Business Days, and Express Mail is for overnight delivery in most locations. We cannot guarantee overnight delivery! We typically ship the same day or the next business day after your order is completed and payment is received, however due to our busy season(s), it is possible that your order may take longer. Contact us with questions regarding your location if you are out of the Bahamas. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Jeremiah Variety Store is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Jeremiah Variety Store may also charge you for any Certificate of Origination of Goods that is required by your Customs Office. Check with your local office to find out if this form is needed. If you will need this form, contact us after you place your order and let us know so that we can collect payment and send the Certificate with your order.

Value Added Tax
Jeremiah Variety Store does not charge VAT for merchandise ordered on this Web site

Return Policy
Unused merchandise in it's original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange minus a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be sent back to address on shipping label. If an item is returned after 30 days of receipt, NO EXCHANGE will be granted and you will be responsible for return shipping back to you.

Due to the nature of ordering straight from the manufacturer, we sometimes encounter products with defects. This fact is built into our prices and NO REFUNDS will be given based on a product defect. If there is a substantial problem with the merchandise that you receive, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. You will be responsible for return shipping on all returns.

Store Hours
Jeremiah Variety Store is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our website. Our staff is available to return emails and answer phone calls Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm. All email questions should be sent to jkvarietystore2015@gmail.com, and all phone inquiries should be directed to 242-815-8878. We will do our best to return your emails and phone messages the same day but can sometimes take longer due to large shipping quantities. Jeremiah Variety Store is closed on all National Holidays.

Miscellaneous
Our prices are exactly as shown. NO ADDITIONS will be made on any order. We are very busy and any requests will be ignored. A new order must be placed for any items that were not submitted on your first order. We appreciate your understanding regarding these issues!
